(1) Use of multiscale simulations to decipher the reaction mechanisms of enzymes, especially metalloenzymes
(2) Biological electron transfer, especially the spin-regulated electron transfers in metalloenzymes
(3) Development of scoring functions for either enzyme engineering or drug screening
